How often do you have new products? TOP
We are constantly making contacts with new suppliers and are always on the look out for new products. If you are aware of a product that we do not currently stock, drop us a note and we will contact the supplier to be able to make those products available to you. Do we have a product you would like to purchase that is currently Out Of Stock? TOP
Contact us and we will try to put a rush on the supplier so that this item can be made available to you as soon as possible. How much is shipping? TOP

All International orders will ship in a Priority Mail flat rate box. Shipping to Canada and Mexico is $23, all other countries is $37. These are USPS exact shipping rate for international shipping. Can an order be shipped overnight? TOP
Yes, all orders received before noon will ship on the same business day. All orders received after noon will ship on the next business day.
Orders paid by echeck will ship as soon as the check clears. If you choose overnight shipping while paying with an echeck, your order will not ship for 4 business days.

How long will it take for me to receive my order? TOP
Orders will ship within 48 hours. If, for some reason, an item is on back order, we will let you know immediately. Most orders will ship by priority mail, so you should receive it within a week. What is your return policy? TOP
Items in original packaging and new condition can be returned for a full refund. Shipping will not be refunded and you will have to pay shipping to return. Returns will only be accepted with a return number, which you will get from us. All Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving. Refund will then be given after we receive and inspect the item(s). Which method of payment do you accept? TOP
A credit card payment can be made through PayPal.
If you are not comfortable using credit cards online, we have recently started accepting Money Orders. What is the sizing information? TOP
